These draft terms govern use of ELMG Invoice Printer, provided by ELMG SAS. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Service

The app generates PDF invoices from paid Shopify orders and can deliver them using SMTP credentials supplied by the merchant. The merchant remains responsible for invoice content, legal invoice requirements, customer email addresses and its relationship with its SMTP provider.

Acceptable use

Merchants must use the app lawfully, keep credentials secure and avoid using invoice emails for unsolicited marketing or prohibited content.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, Shopify API availability and third-party SMTP services can affect operation. The final availability commitment and support service level are [LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED].

Fees

The initial release is free. Merchants are responsible for charges from their own SMTP provider. Any future paid app functionality will be disclosed and billed through a Shopify-approved billing mechanism.
